Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, which can be used to track the status of your order. After your order is packed and shipped, another email will provide more details, so please check your inbox (and spam folder) for these updates. If you don’t receive an email after one business day and have checked your spam folder, contact us as soon as possible.

RCMonkeys Delivery Service

  • Domestic (Netherlands): Orders placed by 5 p.m. will typically arrive the next business day. Please note that orders to the Wadden Islands may be delayed due to boat transportation.
  • Free Shipping: Spend over €50 in our webshop for free shipping within the Netherlands.

Discreet and Anonymous Packaging

Our products are packaged in unbranded, plain packaging to ensure privacy. Only your delivery address will appear on the outside, keeping the contents discreet.

Delivery Process

Please plan to be home on the day of delivery. If you’re unavailable, the delivery person may attempt to deliver to a neighbor. Otherwise, the package will be sent to the nearest collection point, with a note in your mailbox informing you of its location. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., though exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

  • Mailbox Package with Track & Trace: €4.75. Free for orders over €50.
  • Mailbox Package with Track & Trace: €9.95. Free for orders over €100.
